Relationship Manager, Music – Midlands

Arts Council England is recruiting a part-time Relationship Manager, Music for its Midlands team. The fixed-term contract extends until 31 March 2025 and entails working 17.5 hours weekly. The role is Midlands-based with a choice of being stationed at either Nottingham or Birmingham offices. Hybrid working is supported with expected on-site visits 1-2 days weekly. The position offers £35,225 (pro rata) annually with benefits such as a final salary pension scheme, ample annual leave, and flexible working options.

Responsibilities include assessing funding applications, focusing particularly on the grassroots music sector, developing grassroots music organisations, and engaging with broader issues in the sector. Applicants should have experience in one or more music genres, specifically grassroots elements of contemporary music. Additionally, skills in data analysis, report writing, and performance monitoring are essential.
