The Create 2024 Artist in the Community (AIC) Scheme Bursary Awards support professional artists in any artform to develop their collaborative, socially engaged arts practice. Two awards of €15,000 will be granted, one of which is reserved for an early career/emerging artist with experience in collaborative arts. The bursary aims to provide artists with the time and resources to reflect on and enhance their practice, including the opportunity to conduct research.

Applications must be submitted online, with a deadline of 5pm, Monday 29th July 2024. Applicants are encouraged to attend an information session and a one-on-one bursary clinic for guidance. Shortlisted candidates will meet with the decision-making panel before the final selection.
