Mules & Men are a bluegrass band based in Dublin, Ireland and have recently released their latest album Roscommon County Line. It’s a hard-driving, action-packed adventure which meanders through the narrative of contemporary Irish life with plenty of humour thrown in along the way. The 10 tracks comprise all original material – 7 songs and 3 instrumentals.

While all members are comfortable playing the old standards of Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs and The Stanley Brothers, they take a progressive approach with the use of some effects pedals and arrangements that are more complex than traditional bluegrass formats.

The four-piece line-up features Luke Coffey (banjo, vocals), Lily Sheehan (guitar, vocals), Paddy Cummins (mandolin, backing vocals) and Niall Hughes (bass, backing vocals).
