The Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills to work within our Global Operations team.

This role provides essential front line service to our customers, including teachers, examiners and local representatives across the UK and worldwide, ensuring the effective delivery of ABRSMs products and services. You will have experience of dealing with high volumes of phone calls and email queries and be adept at planning and prioritising a workload effectively.
