The City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO) is seeking a Section Leader for the Second Violin section.

The successful candidate will share responsibilities with the current Section Leader, managing the section, attending auditions, and participating in recruitment panels. Applicants should have experience performing in symphony orchestras and demonstrate excellence in a professional context. A strong classical music training and recent orchestral experience are essential. The position offers a salary of £51,500 per annum for 190 days of work per year.
