The Writers’ Guild of Ireland seeks a part-time Executive Director to lead the organisation from 2025–2028. The post is a three-year fixed-term contract (25 hrs/week), hybrid between Temple Bar, Dublin, and remote work. Salary: €34,000; annual leave: five weeks. Essential criteria: Level 8 qualification; minimum three years’ senior management; experience in budgeting and finance, lobbying and negotiation, and policy drafting; willingness to travel internationally twice yearly. Duties include strategic planning, board support, company-secretary functions, staff supervision and stakeholder relations across film, television, theatre, radio, animation and games. Closing date: 17:00, Friday 20 June 2025. Interviews will be held in Dublin in mid-July.
