The Artist in the Community (AIC) Scheme, managed by Create on behalf of the Arts Council, supports collaborative projects between artists and communities.

Open to practitioners across disciplines including architecture, dance, literature, music, and more, the scheme offers Research and Development Awards up to €4,500, Bursary Awards of €15,000, and Project Realisation Awards up to €15,000. Recent graduates can apply for additional funding to support career development.

Applications for 2025 are accepted until 31 March.
