Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland’s Perspectives is a new talent development initiative for filmmakers. The scheme offers up to €15,000 for individual filmmakers and up to €20,000 for filmmaking teams for the initial development phase. This scheme supports live-action fiction feature films with budgets between €750,000 and €950,000.

Applicants must be Irish (born, resident, or domiciled in the Republic of Ireland) and have previous experience with live-action films or commercial projects. Applications must include a summary of experience, project synopsis, and notes addressing selection criteria. Projects must be developed, produced, and post-produced in Ireland.

The deadline for applications is 1pm on Thursday, 31 October 2024. Applications must be submitted through Screen Ireland’s online portal, which will open in early October.
