The Strategic Development Department in the Arts Council is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time role, based in Dublin.

The Strategic Development Department in the Arts Council leads the organisation in the development, implementation and evaluation of our corporate strategy, Making Great Art Work, and is responsible for change and programme management within the organisation through the programme management office (PMO).

The Arts Council is currently engaged on a business transformation programme that includes the upgrade and consolidation of its business process onto the MS Dynamics platform. A key goal of the business transformation programme is to support a culture of continuous improvement so that as an organisation the Arts Council can respond effectively to change.
