You will manage and deliver our highlevel membership programmes. You will also fundraise for specific ENO productions, programmes and projects from our current supporter base as well as attracting new supporters. You will maintain an active prospect pipeline, engage prospective supporters to achieve an agreed annual target of new supporters.

Your duties will include:

Manage the renewal and retention of our Opera Circle membership scheme, identifying upgrade opportunities
Manage the renewal and retention of our American Friends membership scheme, identifying upgrade opportunities
Manage a portfolio of current supporters that donate to our productions, training & talent development programmes, and our learning & outreach projects
The successful candidate will:

Someone excited about the prospect of working at an innovative opera company, with accessibility at the heart of everything we do
An outstanding fundraiser, with at least four years of experience and a track record of securing donations at £1,000 and above
Someone that understands the transformative outcomes of the performing arts
Someone able to build positive relationships with High Net Worth Individuals
