Apply now for the Jerwood Jazz Encounters Fellowship
Applications are now open for the Jerwood Jazz Encounters Fellowship, the new artist development opportunity for up to four early-career jazz artists to create and develop ground-breaking new ways to present jazz at Festivals and outdoor sites across England.
During the 18-month programme, artists will conceive and deliver an outdoor site-specific or digital work to be hosted by at least one of the co-producing partners, as well as benefitting from a range of additional support and training throughout the fellowship including R&D funding, in-depth mentoring, participation in a Creative Lab and more.
Applications are open to UK-based jazz artists who have been working as a professional musician/composer/artist for between 3 and 10 years.
