The Royal College of Music (RCM) is hiring a Learning And Participation Administrator.

The Learning & Participation Administrator will support the work of RCM Sparks, the RCM’s flagship Learning and Participation department. RCM Sparks provides opportunities for everyone to make or learn about music at the RCM and gives access to inspirational learning experiences for all regardless of financial means. RCM Sparks offers projects, events and workshops in local schools and communities, working with families and young people.

The successful applicant will be administratively self-sufficient and have previous experience of organising outreach work in educational and/or community settings. Your commitment to widening access, enthusiasm for and knowledge of musical activities in community and school settings, will be key in enabling you to excel in this role which is a lynchpin in the successful delivery of the RCM Sparks programme.
