Spotify is looking for an outstanding and passionate coordinator to join our International Music Team in New York. With your excellent skills in communication, operations and coordination, you’ll have a highly influential role in supporting the team and its partners across thirteen music regions.

What you’ll do
– Support the International Music Team and drive efficiency, communication and collaboration across global regions
– Lead end-to-end international artist approvals process for marketing materials, including solicitation and tracking of artist name and likeness requests
– Manage and maintain the Global Artist Marketing slate and coordinate quarterly global marketing calls
– Drive the Music Team in markets to understand and adopt core Spotify products and best practices
– Coordinate product workshops and trainings between central teams and markets
– Organize semi-annual Music Team New Hires Day and annual onsites
– Coordinate monthly international calls and regional leads calls
– Maintain contact list and e-mail aliases

Who you are
– Two years experience working at a music or marketing company
– Experience working with international content and international teams
– Proficiency in additional languages preferred
– Having a strong interest and passion for music!
