The Arts Council is the Irish government agency for developing the arts. We work in partnership with artists and arts workers, arts organisations, public policy makers and partners, to build a central place for the arts in Irish life. We currently have seventy permanent staff and ambitious plans to grow our permanent staff base over the coming 6-12 month period.

We currently have an exciting permanent, part-time opportunity at Executive Officer grade for a Policy Officer - (with special focus on Paying the Artist).

As a Policy Officer you will support the development and implementation of the Arts Council’s Policy work including the Paying the Artist Policy. You will work across a range of connected projects which include research, developing capacity, monitoring, and advocacy.
