The Verbal Arts Centre in Derry-Londonderry is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to support the Peace of Mind project. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing development programmes to enhance the skills of Peer Mentors across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The officer will evaluate training effectiveness, assess Peer Mentors’ performance, and provide ongoing support.

Candidates should have experience in learning and development, with strong evaluation and coaching skills. This position reports to the Project Coordinator and is accountable to the Programme Manager.
