The Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) is seeking an Individual Giving Officer to join its External Relations Department. This role involves managing and enhancing the donor experience, from subscribers to high-level donors, across Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the supporter base, managing the RSNO legacy program, and overseeing the annual appeal. This position requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, a proven track record in membership scheme management, and a deep understanding of fundraising and event planning within the arts sector.

Applicants must demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail and a capacity for nurturing and developing significant relationships. This opportunity is ideal for individuals experienced in the nuances of arts sector fundraising.

The RSNO, an equal opportunities employer supported by the Scottish Government and local authorities, offers a salary of £24,000 per annum.
