The Benedetti Foundation is seeking a Head of Operations (Maternity Cover) to manage and deliver its educational programmes and operational activities.

The role involves overseeing project management, developing operational policies, and managing a team, including the Operations Officer and Ambassador Programme Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with the Interim Director and incoming Chief Executive to ensure efficient processes and the successful delivery of programmes, including the Benedetti Sessions and Residency Sessions. Applicants should have experience in senior management, event management, and safeguarding, along with strong organisational and leadership skills. The position is remote, with UK travel required for events. The role is full-time, with a salary of £40,000-45,000, and is fixed-term from February to December 2025.
