Gallery Administrator
The Centre for Contemporary Art Derry~Londonderry is seeking a part-time Gallery Administrator (0.4 FTE).
The role involves supporting the Director with administrative tasks, including grant funding administration, bookkeeping, payroll, and maintaining office systems. Additional duties include managing the gallery calendar, coordinating safety checks, assisting with financial audits, and supporting web management. Applicants should have at least two years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and excellent organisational skills. The position is permanent, subject to a six-month probationary period, with a salary of £10,000 per annum (£25,000 pro rata).
