
Orchestra Manager
The National Youth Orchestra (NYO) is recruiting a full-time Orchestra Manager to oversee the logistical planning and delivery of its residential and concert activity.
The role includes coordinating travel, accommodation, rehearsal schedules, performance materials, and supporting recruitment and communication with teenage participants and their families. Applicants should have at least two years’ experience in arts or education project delivery, strong organisational and administrative skills, and an understanding of inclusive working practices. Experience with budgets and CRM systems is desirable.
The post is based in London with hybrid working and includes evening, weekend, and holiday work during NYO projects. The salary range is £32,000–£38,000, dependent on experience. The position is permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), with 27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays. Applications must be submitted by 10am on Monday 2 June 2025.
