The Chester Beatty is seeking an Exhibition Engagement Officer for a 9-month fixed-term contract, from July 2025 to March 2026.

Based at Dublin Castle, the officer will assist with the Paratexts Seeking Understanding project, engaging audiences and supporting exhibitions, including design, production, and experiments. The role involves managing interactive elements, conducting surveys, and facilitating community engagement.

Applicants should have a third-level qualification in art history, archaeology, history, or education, with at least two years’ experience in public programming within cultural organisations. The role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work. The salary is €39,894 per annum, with 27 days of annual leave.
