Boiler Room seeks a Marketing Assistant to join the team in London.

o develop the social media presence of our newly launched apparel brand. You’ll seek out the most interesting music/fashion trends from across the globe, suggest ideas for social content, and own the scheduling and reporting process.

Main Duties:

Apparel Marketing & Communication (60%)
– Deliver the apparel social media strategy as set by the business
– Manage and implement the day-to-day Instagram activity to drive growth of our global audience
– Develop, own and manage a strong social content calendar to grow a highly engaged audience
– Own in-house creative content creation end-to-end, working with in-house resources to create quick turn-around assets in line with Brand Guidelines
– Develop and own social Tone of Voice and copy-write all comms (social and emails)
– Feed into and provide recommendations towards the Social Media Strategy
– Track social performance against KPIs and focus on measuring, analysing and reporting on all social metrics to maximise results.
– Respond to customer queries consistently and escalate to Customer Services where relevant
– Work with Marketing and PR agencies where required
– Keep abreast of developments in the music & fashion industry
– Proactively input into the overall social strategy.

Boiler Room Marketing (40%)
– Assist with the editing, scheduling and reporting of Boiler Room content
– Assist with ad-hoc marketing tasks as and when required

Experience:
– Demonstrable knowledge and/or experience in managing and developing a social media presence
– Proven passion for fashion and music
– Copywriting experience desirable but not essential
