Ivonne Hernandez (fiddle) gives her final presentation on completion of her MA studies in Irish Traditional Music Performance. Ivonne , who hails from the west coast of Canada, is an established and critically acclaimed professional in her home country, where she won the Juno Award for music in 2017. A graduate of the prestigious Berklee College music programme in Boston, Ivonne has also been teaching at the Academy during her studies where she led the Blugrass Ensemble amongst other projects.
