
Ulysses Research Collaboration Scheme 2026
The Ulysses scheme aims to create new collaborations between Ireland and France-based researchers by providing seed funding for reciprocal travel visits.
Successful applicants will receive up to €5,000 each to cover travel and subsistence costs, with funding available for a maximum of two years. This initiative encourages knowledge exchange and innovative research across all disciplines. Strategic partners supporting selected projects include EirGrid, France’s Réseau de Transport d’Électricité, the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, and ADEME, focusing on renewable energies, smart grids, and sustainable energy research.
Applications open on 20 February 2025 and are due by 1 May 2025.
