Orchestras for All (OFA) is seeking a Head of Programmes and Partnerships to lead and oversee its three innovative programmes.

This full-time, permanent role involves managing a dynamic team to shape and deliver OFA’s initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision and be passionate about ensuring all young people can benefit from music. Applicants are encouraged from diverse backgrounds, particularly those underrepresented in the orchestral sector. The salary is £42,500 per year, with additional support for travel and accommodation.
