Applications for Round 2 of the Traditional Arts Bursary Award 2025 from the Arts Council will open on Tuesday 20 May. The award supports individual professional artists working in traditional music, song, dance or storytelling by providing time and resources to develop their practice. The maximum award is €20,000.

All applicants are advised to read the full guidelines and submit the required supporting materials, including a CV and samples of work. Access costs for artists or audiences with disabilities may also be included. The deadline for applications is Thursday 19 June 2025 at 17:30.
