Offaly County Council invites professional artists, individuals, or groups to submit proposals for a Youth Arts Project targeting young people aged 13 to 25. The commission is open to all art disciplines, including visual arts, performing arts, and digital media. Projects must involve active participation and co-creation by young people, facilitated by youth organisations.

Applicants must have at least three years of relevant experience and be self-employed or part of a registered arts organisation. A maximum budget of €5,000 per project is available, with up to three projects funded.

The deadline for submissions is 4 pm on Friday, 14th February 2025. Applications must include a project description, budget, CVs, references, and previous work examples.
