Music Generation Meath is a new performance music education service for children and young people in County Meath that will provide opportunities for children and young people to access a range of high quality, subsidised vocal and instrumental tuition in their local area.

This offers a unique opportunity for dynamic musicians to join the Music Generation Meath team at a time of exciting change in the music education landscape in Ireland.

Music Generation Meath is managed and funded locally by Louth and Meath Education and Training Board (ETB) and Meath County Council. Louth and Meath ETB as Lead Partner for Meath Local Music Education Partnership now wishes to recruit suitably qualified and experienced musician educators/music tutors to deliver:

• Small group tuition in vocal (including choral) or instrumental learning (any music genre).
• Large-group tuition (vocal and/or instrumental) in a range of school, community and youth settings.
• Ensemble (instrumental/vocal), band facilitation, mentoring in any genre of music, including, where applicable, songwriting/creative composition/rap, music technology/recording etc
• Early Years - Vocal and/or instrumental tuition for children aged under 5

Successful applicants will be placed on a panel and offered a Specified Purpose Contract as and when opportunities arise for their particular area(s) of expertise.
