Drogheda Classical Music / Gabriela Montero

Part of Drogheda Classical Music 2019/20, Gabriela Montero will give a solo recital in St Peter's Church of Ireland on Sunday 23 Feb. Born in Venezuela, Gabriela gave her first public performance at the age of five. Ms Montero is renowned for her sensitive interpretations as well as her rare improvisation skills. For this one-off concert in Drogheda, she will perform familiar works by Mozart, Beethoven and Schumann before playing some of her entertaining improvisations, which are often inspired by audience requests.
