The Royal Irish Academy is seeking applications for the position of Training Manager and Digital Archivist at the Digital Repository of Ireland (DRI). This fixed-term role (24 months) involves providing training and hands-on assistance to DRI members, aiding in the ingestion, preservation, and publication of digital collections. The successful candidate will develop and lead a five-year training programme aligned with the DRI’s strategic plan.

Applicants must have a relevant qualification in library, information, or archival studies, along with at least three years’ experience in digital archiving and training. Familiarity with metadata, digital preservation, and data ingestion is essential. The position offers a salary between €52,588 and €69,884 per annum, with 35-hour work weeks and hybrid working options.
