Dublin City Council is inviting proposals for the 2025 Bram Stoker Festival, running from Friday 31st October to Monday 3rd November. This annual event celebrates Bram Stoker through a diverse array of literary, cultural, and family-oriented activities across Dublin City Centre. The festival seeks event ideas closely linked to Stoker’s life, works, Victorian Dublin, and themes of the Gothic and supernatural.

A maximum budget of €15,000 is available for selected proposals.

Applications close on Monday 3 March at 6pm. Selected applicants may be invited for interviews in Dublin or via Zoom on Tuesday 11 March. Applicants will be notified of the outcome by Friday 14 March.
