Dublin City Arts Office is inviting applications for three available artist studios at Artane Place (formerly Butterly Park), Dublin 5.

The studios, located on the first floor of Unit 35a, range from 10 to 15 square meters and are accessible by stairs. The studios are available to individual artists, artist groups, or arts organisations, with a licence issued by Dublin City Council. The rent is €200 per month, excluding utilities.

An online information session will be held on 10 February 2025 at 11 am, followed by open days for viewing on 12 and 19 February. Applicants must attend a viewing prior to applying. The deadline for applications is 21 February 2025 at 12 noon. Successful applicants will be interviewed in mid-March.
