BBC Studios is a global creative powerhouse for the development, production and distribution of bold, British, content. In the UK, BBC Studios enables audiences to enjoy their favourite BBC programmes and brands outside the licence fee-funded window on alternative platforms, through a range of partnerships, and in multiple formats, from products, magazines and experiences.

We are seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to cover a 12 month maternity contract. Reporting into the Director of Production, the Producer is responsible for the planning, budgeting and delivery of key priority titles as well as Global Franchise Brands. The Producer will be responsible for the production of marketing assets across a variety of platforms including, on-air, OOH, print and digital. The role partners with the Production and Creative teams, in addition to the Brands and Content Marketing departments.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the day to day production of the B2C production department including the delivery of all campaign and priority title deliverables.
Forward plan the pipeline of work with the Director of Production communicating changes in plans to relevant teams and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets, conducting timely reconciliations with the Director of Production and finance teams, overseeing all financial responsibilities within assigned budgets working in SAP, raising and tracking POs.

Partner with a roster of external agencies and freelancers, ensuring that timelines are managed and communicated, that budgets are transparent and accurate and that completed projects are delivered to the relevant specifications.
Ensure clear communication on all budgetary, planning, production and delivery issues to the team and stakeholders, including working closely with the Creative Director to ensure that any changes to brief, creative or logistics are escalated effectively.
Working with the Director of Production to ensure that all contracts are completed by external vendors and that the appropriate legislation in respect to all rights usage is applied.
Clear copyright on all materials used and on all Music supplied by Music Libraries or specially commissioned work and ensure all output is on brand, and editorially and technically compliant.

Are you the right candidate?
As a Senior Producer, you will possess a thorough knowledge of the processes and procedures used for all aspects of production. The ideal candidate will have had experience working as a Producer in a Broadcast environment, with experience of managing substantial complex budgets and schedules, including budgeting channel brands, channel launches and integrated campaigns. You will be passionate about facilitating world class creative solutions, working in collaboration with a team of designers, creatives and marketers. Accomplished in planning and producing materials for Marketing Campaigns, you’ll be skilled in balancing the needs of the creative team, whilst adhering to sound production principles of efficiency, planning and value for money. Skilled in prioritising conflicting workloads efficiently, you’ll maintain standards of accuracy and attention to detail when working to deadlines
