Relationship Manager, Creative Media

Arts Council England is looking for a part-time Relationship Manager, Creative Media in or around London. The Creative Media role comes with a generous salary of £34,812 pro-rata.

In this flexible and diverse role, the Creative Media Relationship Manager will manage relationships with various organisations predominantly with a Visual Arts focus, although your Creative Media work will be across artforms; Theatre, Music, Literature, Museums, Libraries, Combined Arts, Dance, Visual Arts. We use the term ‘creative media’ to refer to artistic and cultural works and content created with new technology, digital platforms and digital distribution.

If you were currently doing this Relationship Manager job, here are some of the things you would have been addressing this week:

– Bringing and developing knowledge of new developments in technology and the opportunities and challenges these bring to the arts and everyday life
– Using this knowledge to contribute to Arts Council England’s funding programmes and national agendas
– Engaging with a wide range of areas including diversity, equality, and inclusion; touring; children and young people; audiences; and sustainability
– Communicating with a range of stakeholders in a collaborative and inclusive way

To apply, you will need in-depth knowledge of creative arts in London and beyond. This includes but isn’t limited to art, design, and performing arts. Previous relationship management experience – perhaps as a client relationship manager, customer relationship manager or business relationship manager – would be beneficial.
