The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) is currently searching for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Friends and Groups Manager for a maternity cover position. The RPO is dedicated to enriching lives through uncompromising orchestral experiences that have broad appeal and promote inclusivity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role as a member of the Business Development Department.

Applicants for this position should possess a solid background in the arts and culture sectors, particularly in customer-facing roles. A comprehensive understanding of the marketing requirements specific to the arts and live performance industry, as well as the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with our audience, are crucial for this role. The Friends and Groups Manager will be responsible for managing the organisation’s relationship with its most loyal patrons and bookers.

This is a full-time position on a 12-month contract, offering a competitive salary range of £35,000 to £38,000 per annum.

The expected start date for the successful candidate is anticipated to be Monday 11 September 2023.
