Fishamble is inviting applications for the full-time role of General Manager.

This three-year contract, based in Dublin, involves managing financial and administrative functions, supporting fundraising efforts, and contributing to the delivery of Fishamble’s Strategic Plan (2022–2026). The successful candidate will work closely with the Artistic Director, Executive Director, and other team members to support the company’s activities in Ireland and internationally.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ experience in general management or senior administration, strong financial management skills, and an interest in arts fundraising. Salary is €40,000–€43,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
