The Royal Irish Academy is offering Charlemont Grants for early career researchers in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences.

This grant, named in honour of the Academy’s first president, James Caulfeild, provides up to €2,500 to support short international research trips. Eligible applicants can use the funding to conduct primary research, build new collaborations, and access specialised research equipment and training unavailable in Ireland.

Applications open on 14th September 2024 and close on 27th October 2024.
