The Arts Council is inviting applications for the International Residency Initiatives Scheme, which supports organisations in delivering residency programmes and fostering transnational exchange and cooperation across all art forms.

The scheme aims to create opportunities for artists’ professional development and mobility through partnerships with international organisations. Eligible organisations must be based in the Republic of Ireland and demonstrate active involvement with at least one international partner. Proposals should focus on residency initiatives that benefit both artists and the public, with flexibility to address the specific needs of the partnership and art form.

The maximum funding awarded is €50,000, and the closing date for applications is 17:30 on Thursday, 3 April 2025.
