The Arts Council is inviting applications for the Arts in Early Learning and Childcare Scheme 2025.

The scheme offers funding to support partnerships between artists/arts organisations and early-years educators, school-age practitioners, and families. It aims to provide babies and young children with opportunities to engage with the arts and encourages collaboration between artists and educators to enhance their skills and practice.

The scheme has three strands: Strand 1 supports partnerships with Tusla-registered early learning and care or school-age childcare services; Strand 2 focuses on projects for children from Ukraine and other displaced populations, centred on trauma-informed practice; and Strand 3 combines services from both Strands 1 and 2.

The maximum award is €40,000, and the closing date for applications is 17:30 on Thursday, 3 April 2025.
