Creative Scotland is seeking a partner to conduct an independent review of the Youth Music Initiative (YMI), which supports music and music-making projects for children and young people across Scotland. The review will assess the effectiveness of the YMI’s two strands: funding for local authorities and funding for the Youth Arts Sector.

The successful applicant will produce a report, potentially including case studies, and collaborate with an advisory group. The budget for the project is between £20,000 and £30,000 excluding VAT. Applicants should have experience in research, facilitation, project management, and report writing.

Proposals must be submitted through the Scottish Government e-Tendering System by 12pm on Monday 17th February 2025.
