
Education & Community Co-ordinator
The London Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) is seeking an Education & Community Co-ordinator to provide administrative and hands-on support for its Education & Community department.
This role involves managing project logistics, assisting with workshops, overseeing performance days, and maintaining communication with schools and participants. The co-ordinator will also support recruitment for LPO’s talent development programmes, contribute to resource production, and assist in monitoring and evaluation activities.
Candidates should have experience in music projects, strong organisational skills, and an interest in orchestral music. Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusivity is essential, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office. A passion for music education and working with diverse communities is key.
The role offers a salary of £26,000–£28,000 per annum, with benefits including 25 days of annual leave and a contributory pension scheme.
