Virtuoso singer and accordionist Breanndán Ó Beaglaoich and his son, concertina player par excellence Cormac Begley, perform together in a family affair of outstanding Traditional music and carrying on the long line of music from Corca Dhuibhne. Born into a famous musical family, Breanndán soaked up the music and songs of West Kerry from an early age – slides, polkas, songs and slow airs all run through his veins. He has four acclaimed solo albums to his name, as well as numerous recordings with the groups Boys of the Lough and Beginish. Cormac was shortlisted for the RTE Radio 1 Folk Instrumentalist of the Year in 2018 and his debut solo has received nine 5-star reviews and was shortlisted for the Irish Times Album of the Year 2018. Together, they promise a special night of Traditional music at its very best.

“Peerless singing… Irish music doesn’t get much better than this.” - Belfast Telegraph (on Breanndán Ó Beaglaoich)
