One of the most breath-taking musical depictions of light bursting out of darkness opens Haydn’s spectacular oratorio, The Creation.

With text taken not only from the book of Genesis, but also Milton’s Paradise Lost and the book of Psalms, this is a gloriously tuneful retelling of not just the story of Creation, but also the optimism of the Enlightenment. This Easter, celebrate the life-affirming, irrepressible joy of creativity and of life itself with the guest soloists from across Ireland and Belfast Philharmonic Choir.
