
Administrator (Part-Time)
The Ark in Dublin is seeking a part-time Administrator to provide administrative and organisational support, with a focus on governance, compliance, and strategic planning.
Reporting to the General Manager, the role includes managing board administration, coordinating data and reports for stakeholders, and assisting the Executive Team with operations and policy development.
Applicants should have at least three years of relevant administrative experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Experience in the arts, education, or charity sectors and knowledge of governance practices are desirable.
