MIDEM provides a forum for business talks, discussing political and legal issues and showcasing new artists, musical trends and products, bringing together musicians, business people, cultural policy makers and journalists together from many countries.

IMRO will be soon be making a travel assistance grant available to IMRO members attending MIDEM 2012, which takes place from 28–31 January 2012. There is a cap on the total amount of money available from this fund and grants will be issued on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Delegate rates are cheaper by €145 before Tuesday, 15 November. Until 15 November the cost is €650.
After that, the cost increases to €795.

Discounted delegate rates are €295 for artists/performers, €495 for startup companies and €295 for students.
