Saturday, 28 May 2016, 8.00pm

To mark the centenary of the Easter 1916 rising, Fleadh Nua will stage a unique show.

Tracing the roots of the rising and the events of that fateful week, A Terrible Beauty will draw on the music and song of the time along with eyewitness and newspaper accounts to recall perhaps the most defining event of 20th century Irish history. The performance will feature renowned traditional singer Sean Ó Sé with musical direction by Denis Liddy and narration by broadcasters Ciana Campbell and Pat Costello.

Raviolo Verde will be serving pre-show suppers in the glór foyer from 6pm.  For €16.50 choose from 2 courses from their menu plus tea/coffee. Check out their menu here.
