ENO is seeking a highly motivated Assistant House Manager to support the House Manager in leading the Front of House and retail sales teams.

Duties include managing a large team of frontline staff, along with taking full responsibility for implementing and ensuring continuous improvement of our audience experience and retail strategy to a diverse, discerning and passionate audience.

The successful candidate will have:

• experience in a theatre, hotel or heritage venue
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• a proven track record of people leadership in a prestigious environment
• an interest in opera, theatre or the performing arts
