One of the leading conservatoires in the UK and internationally, the RNCM houses a professional Orchestras & Ensembles team, as part of the Performance & Programming Department, which is responsible for all performance which takes place at the RNCM across our four main venues and externally.

The Orchestras and Ensembles Assistant (OEA) works alongside the Orchestras and Ensembles Manager and Assistant Manager in coordinating aspects of all college orchestra and ensemble activity.

You will have a thorough knowledge of music, a music degree or equivalent and a keen interest in developing skills in orchestra management. A willingness to work flexible hours with limited supervision is essential.
