The role holder will be expected to provide leadership and operational management of academic staff in addition to supporting the Director to ensure quality assurance, curriculum development, industry engagement and an outstanding student experience. Applicants for the post should be able to demonstrate a proven track record in successful people management in the subject area, in addition to a wealth of industry knowledge and contacts, and the ability to respond to current challenges within the Higher Education sector.
