Opera North is looking for an experienced and well-motivated individual to fill the role of Education Activity Coordinator (Community), working predominantly on Opera North award winning education programme, In Harmony Opera North.

In Harmony Opera North seeks to deliver an inclusive programme of high quality music education and performance opportunities in order to encourage young people from all backgrounds to engage with the arts and, through doing so, deliver wider benefits such as increased confidence, aspiration, engagement with formal learning and an increase in parental engagement.  

The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing arts education projects. They will have excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
