Audiences and Development Assistant
Liverpool Philharmonic are excited to welcome applications for the role of Audiences and Development Assistant. This is a varied role supporting two busy departments -
Development - To handle administrative work related to donors, corporates, trust and foundations.
Audiences - To support the Marketing team with the ongoing management, development and reporting of Customer Services, audience experience and trends across various channels.
Key Duties - Development
- Supporting the Corporate, Trusts & Foundations Manager to deliver benefits to funders, including event planning and delivery, ticket bookings and car parking requests.
- Providing event support for sponsored concerts throughout the season, hosting corporate clients.
- Using the database.
- Proof-reading.
- Responding to correspondence and recognising supporters in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Ensuring that all eligible donations include the correct declaration evidence.
- Preparing and sending supporter communications.
- Researching potential funders and reporting to existing supporters.
- Welcoming and hosting donors, corporates and trustees at donor events.
Key Duties - Audiences
- Responding to enquiries and feedback submitted through a range of channels using Happy Fox (Liverpool Philharmonic’s customer service system) and other systems, ensuring all feedback is responded to within the agreed timeframe.
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve any issues and to provide appropriate customer responses.
